Viable Placemaking's New Worcester Office

Viable Placemaking are pleased to begin 2024 with the announcement that we shall have a new base in Worcester, in addition to our main location in London.

Viable Placemaking are, at the time of the launch, the only town planning consultancy on the Royal Town Planning Institute's Directory of Planning Consultants with an office in Worcester city centre.

Viable Placemaking's Director, Adam Place, grew up in Worcester and so is acutely aware of the town and the need to balance the needs of the community, such as the need for housing and HMOs, with the rich historic and natural environments residents are able to enjoy.

Worcester City Council, together with Malvern Hills District Council and Wychavon Council, are subject to the South Worcestershire Development Plan. This report is subject to a review which was submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination.

If you are based in Worcestershire or the surrounding areas and would like to get in touch about a prospective development or planning generally, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
